PUBLIC NOTICE — ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Station 31 Repaving — Monroe, WA — Project No: 2017093.00

Sealed bids will be received by Snohomish Fire District up to but not later than 2:00 pm, September 19, 2019 at the address listed below, for Station 31 Repaving, at which time they shall be publicly opened and recorded.

The contract includes related site work that includes repairing the existing 37,000 sf of deteriorating asphalt pavement and replacing existing stormwater conveyance piping throughout the 2.3-acre property. Other site improvements will include the installation of a concrete apron, gravel surfacing for parking, and tree root removal in designated areas. The anticipated base bid cost range is $300,000 to $375,000, not including sales tax.

This project is subject to meet Washington State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Station 31, 163 Village Court, Monroe, WA, 98272 at 9:00 AM, September 5, 2019. The conference is intended to provide a general review between bidders, owner, and architect prior to bidding the project.

A Bid Security must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
