A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Administration Building, 953 Village Way,
Monroe, WA, 98272 at 2:00 pm, August 15, 2019. The conference is intended to provide a general review between bidders, owner,
and architect prior to bidding the project.
A Bid Security must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Envelopes containing the sealed bids shall be marked "Bid for Snohomish Fire District 7 - Administration
Building Reroof" and sent or delivered to:

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities in the bidding process,
and to accept the bid deemed best for them.

Substitution Requests: Architect will consider requests for substitution received no later than ten working
days prior to receipt of Bids. Requests received after that time may be considered or rejected at the discretion of the Architect.
